What Are The Foods That Cause Buttons

Having suffered from cystic acne in age from 12 to 18, I knew all too well the pain and disfigurement associated with chronic boils, pimples and points blacks. When staining your face, angry, red blob is lumpy, pockmarked skin damage and enlarged pores permanently ... and the cycle never ends. As a teenager, I washed my face on a daily basis, slathered with benzoyl peroxide cream (including the much touted Proactiv)
messes all over my skin with alcohol, salicylic acid, oatmeal, sulfur soap - any thing to relieve me of this curse that has plagued me, ruined my self-esteem and forced me to sleep sela"lla"ni to avoid pressure on my swollen cysts and boils. E 'became clear after a few years here, that my acne was an internal problem, and that no amount of topical solutions were about to invade the cells of my body and stop the bully.

My dermatologist informed me that my problem was hormone related, but was never able to prescribe something - such as Tetracycline - which made no difference whatsoever in my acne. Finally, turning 18, I took the ultimate treatment of a button - two full courses Accutane (isotretinoin) treatment, which ultimately put an end to the reduction of cysts and pimples eruptions much smaller (although there was no long-term change in the amount of blackheads I had, which was largely on my nose). The treatment had worked with my significant reduction in sebaceous glands and reduce the amount of sebum being trapped in my pores, leading to cysts and eventually most of my scars have disappeared and my gaping pores decreased in size slightly .

I did not realize I could have controlled my acne through simple changes, although most sources I've known - including my own dermatologist - he told me that a person eats has no relation to outbreaks of a button and a cyst. But if you think that acne is caused by internal imbalances, and the quality of food a person eats has a direct effect on how your body works, why in the world who suggest that the food (especially sugar , meat and milk) can not cause a person to leave? It is true that some people may be obese and live on candy and ice have not seen a button, and I guess that's part of the reason people assume their is no relationship between diet and acne.

But even if we, as human beings have the same needs and the anatomical structure of our body as a "deal" with and remove toxins, poisons and non-nutritious foods are very different from person to person. For example, some people are alive only in the candy bars to save too much sugar, fat and chemicals in the form of pockets of fat, some people remain in a relatively thin, but has a poor tone muscles, pale skin and oily skin rash ( this was for me), and there are those who seem perfectly healthy for many years on this diet, but may end up with any number of long-term illnesses later in life, as the disease of the liver and gallbladder, sugar imbalances blood, and even cancer. The body instinctively do their best to expel the thing to create it for junk food and too much hormone produced in the intake of sugar-containing products, but how it does it is unique to each individual, but in general, if the body is able to eliminate these poisons, "correctly" (natural perspiration, urination and excretion) take other roads less pleasant (acne, pimples, oily skin, dandruff), and if you can not remove altogether, is very often transforming these poisons tumors deep within the body.

In my teens my diet was a mixture of good and bad. My mother almost always prepared for a nutritionally balanced meal for dinner, but what I ate in when in school and during my late night kitchen raids were heavy in sugar, fat and simple carbohydrates. I also drink milk non-organic and non organic meat eaters, both of which are heavily laden with antibiotics, steroids, and (GASP) hormones, which added to the issue of hormonal imbalances I face . But again, I had no idea these things were the cause of my misery, and I did not know until around the age of 24 - when I became interested in natural healing therapies powerful as juice fasting, supplements, probiotics and raw vegan food.

And I, being an all or nothing mentality, doing research, introspection, and plunged into my first juice fast. Armed with a juicer cheap plastic that was used maybe two in 20 years (yes, it was old), I spent a lot of time every day and struggles to force this poor imitation of a centrifuge to extract as much juice from my vital organic fruits and vegetables, amazed by the amount of moisture, the pulp of vegetables spilled save it in its wake ... but I went to the routine consistently and forced myself not to give up, read blogs daily about people who had lived juice fasting and some of the symptoms they experienced, to compare them to mine, and I learn as much as possible the process of detoxification.
In short, I experienced hunger / desire, headaches, fatigue, cold symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, excess mucus production), and dizziness when you stand for the first few days, I developed a rash and had a some small flare-ups, and my swelling and fatigue really worse to begin with. I can not get rid of it and drank plenty of water, fruit juices between meals, enemas are held every day (which was not fun to get the hang of, but worth it) to accelerate the removal of the poison in my blood and relieve the unpleasant symptoms to prevent, and even keep a daily journal for my experience (which I will send soon) to help to keep me motivated during fasting. Gradually, my hunger and cravings, and decreased swelling and fatigue, while too much mucus, and sneezing was a little 'longer, and my skin became smoother and tighter skin without pimples, blacks, even when this was scattered all over my nose in a consistent manner, even eventually disappear.

Now I was really excited about fasting and elegantly decided to invest about $ 200 a powerful Champion juicer with the centrifuge specifically designed to squeeze and squeeze every bit of juice to produce quickly and efficiently. I could easily produce juice with mine for about a minute instead of 15, rather than wasting the flesh, knowing that I had gained a maximum amount of vitamins and enzymes in my fruit and vegetable juice with no minutes of the session and losing power because oxidation with air when I squeeze the rest of my juicer.
Since then I have alternated juice fasting with a raw vegan diet almost completely, avoid cooking my food as much as possible due to the fact that heating destroys enzymes and important vitamins and turns them into free radicals in the body - a simply more poison to be pumped. I was able to beat my other addictions as well as in time, and the combination of fewer toxins are released into my body, more healing and detoxification of the food consumed, and my detoxification pathways have improved my skin kept completely free of pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. In addition to learning the importance of detoxification, healthy diet, I came to understand more about the process of digestion of food and many acne I have suffered as a child came from the fact that I was not digesting my food well.

The food was not digesting properly seated inside me for too long fermentation and production of toxins and free radicals that tried to escape my body in the form of pimples and cysts. I more than likely that an imbalance of intestinal flora due to the well in my years of antibiotic treatment for chronic angina and other ailments as a child I needed was a good probiotic, such as enzyme or to replenish AccuFlora bacteria in the stomach (including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) in the stomach and intestines to digest food well. Probiotics are naturally found in yogurt and other fermented products, such as Kim Chee, but it is important to ensure that all dairy products purchased for consumption are organic (to avoid antibiotics and hormones in organic milk is not) and low sugar as possible, because the bad bacteria in the stomach as Candida feeds on sugar. Stonyfield Farm is my favorite.

My experience of fighting acne (and just about any other disease or illness) is that there is no ready solution, and all claim to be a quick fix solution to end up doing more harm than good in the long term, in a way or another. The only way to permanently control any of cystic acne is to make lifestyle changes. You always know what you are putting the tissues of the body, and the need to control the toxin overload regular detoxification procedures. Stress hormones can cause excessive free radicals in the body, which may decide to run away from the development of pustules and nodules, so it is also very important to relax as much as possible at any time and keep stress to a minimum - which undoubtedly require a mindset complete for many people, because it certainly did for me.
